A Family Tradition Since 1902
Overview    |    Steps to Pre-Arrangement    |    Request Information

There are two types of prearrangements-funded and unfunded. Both ways offer you peace of mind, knowing that you have taken care of some or all of the details involved in funeral planning. Many families appreciate the advantages given with a prearrangement. If you are undecided about whether to prepay, you can record your wishes with us and later fund the prearrangement should you desire.

An unfunded prearrangement means that you record your wishes to be kept on file with us at Bopp Chapel. You can either fill out a prearrangement form and send it to us or you can meet with one of our funeral directors to go over all your options and possible requirements by cemeteries and applicable state laws. Some people simply like to keep their vital statistic information with us; others have recorded their vital statistic information as well as type of services desired. It is up to you how much information you want us to keep on file.

A funded prearrangement simply means that you prepay the cost of the funeral today, thus locking the costs of our services and merchandise at today's prices. We offer two options of prepayment, a trust or an insurance policy. The trust monies are offered through Missouri Funeral Director's Association and we offer the insurance through Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company. Please contact Bopp Chapel to arrange a meeting with a funeral director who can help you determine which option would be best for you.

If you are interested in finding out more about a prearrangement at Bopp Chapel, you can call, write, or send an email or fax. There is someone at Bopp Chapel 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help you
