Andrew David Jeffress, born April 13, 1994, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Beloved son of John and Natalie Jeffress; dear brother to Blake and Lauren Jeffress; and a dear grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Andrew had the most incredible smile that lit up the world around him. Such a happy little boy that grew into a fine young man with a yearning to protect and serve his community. Andrew was a 2012 graduate of Eureka High School and was finishing up his degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Andrew worked for Barnes-Jewish Hospital in their security department. He was also an intern at the Kirkwood Police department, planning to attend the police academy in June. Andrew was selfless, helping others whenever he saw the opportunity, including sandbagging during the recent Eureka floods. He loved all of those around him, especially his sweet girlfriend, Jennifer Lehmann and his cousin’s kids, Hunter and Adelyn, his God-daughter of whom he was so very proud. Andrew loved the outdoors, from throwing hay, umpiring, playing golf or fishing with his buddies, to going to Cardinals games and Ballpark Village. Andrew leaves a legacy of unconditional love and uncommon faithfulness to his brother, sister, girlfriend, family and friends. Visitation will be held at Bopp Chapel Funeral Home in Kirkwood, Missouri at 10610 Manchester Road, on Wednesday, May 10th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
