Obituary for Frederick Hall

Frederick Hall
Frederick W. Hall, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Fred was the only child of Katherine Delaney Lee of Grand Prairie, Texas. Frederick was born in St. Louis, Missouri and resided in North St. Louis County. During his youth, Frederick attended Holy Angels Catholic School and spent his free time singing "Do Wop" with older boys in the neighborhood and developed a love for model trains.

Frederick went on to attend Soldan High School where he met his future wife Corneile Virginia Oliver. As a member of the ROTC program, Frederick was awarded a college scholarship where he graduated with a degree in Physics. Frederick served in the United States Air Force and married Corneile in St. Louis, then moved to Columbus, Ohio. While Corneile completed post graduate work at Ohio State University, Frederick worked as an auditor for the State of Ohio and they started their family welcoming Erick Oliver and Karen Ann.

In 1969, Frederick moved his family back to St. Louis, Missouri and they grew their young family to include Neil Bradley and Lyra Mai. Frederick spent his career working for the Monsanto Corporation and McDonnell Douglas/Boeing before retiring with Anheuser Busch.

Frederick was an avid fan of science fiction and a model train enthusiast.

Memorial Service 12pm on Friday, April 20th, at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., in Kirkwood. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
